In 2000, after multiple pregnancies this 32-year-old female wanted to correct problems with excess abdominal wall skin, extensive stretch marks and abdominal wall laxity and protuberance. She is seen six months following abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. Improvement is significant, although direct tissue excision of the flanks would have produced a better contour improvement than liposuction alone. She is also seen in 2008, three months after flank excisions.
